Russian army captures strategic Ukraine town
Moscow: Russia's military on Saturday affirmed it had held onto the essential town of Lyman in eastern Ukraine, headed for two key urban communities still under Kyiv's influence.
"Following the activities of the units of the volunteer army of the Donetsk working closely together People's Republic and the Russian military, the town of Lyman has been completely freed from Ukrainian patriots," the safeguard service said in an explanation, affirming a declaration daily prior by favorable to Moscow separatists.
